Digital Products and Consultations

All digital products, consultations, and services are considered delivered and fulfilled once access is granted, a session is scheduled, or the consultation has taken place, whichever occurs first.

All purchases of digital products and consultations are final and non-refundable.

If a consultation is scheduled, you are responsible for attending at the agreed-upon date and time. You must provide at least 24 hours advance notice to reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be rescheduled or refunded, except at our sole discretion.
